2021, week 11: My Favorite Things

Penguins. A lovely, flightless bird. And my favorite animal in the WHOLE WORLD.

If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook you know that last week I binge watched Continent 7: Antarctica. Now, they didn't really talk about penguins, besides a 1-minute snippet, but they showed penguins in some of their transitions. AND I LOVED IT!!!

A few years ago I got to take a pic with a cute penguin friend. This year for my birthday I only want 1 thing: to hug a penguin!

This is Kenai, the family dog. He's the sweetest, stinkiest, naughtiest dog, but we're keeping him forever!

I love all animals though! When I move to my own place (this fall) I'm so excited to get a pet! I'll just start with a goldfish, then I'll get a bunny. <3

I loved visiting Chicago! And this is one my all-time fave pics I've taken. (BTW all pics in this post were taken by me!)

David Archuleta is one of my favorite performers and human beings! (I actually proposed to him once;)

I grew up near a city called North Pole, Alaska, so it just makes sense that I'm OBSESSED with Christmas!

I love being out in nature! One of my favorite past-times is picnicking. I love finding quiet places to just listen to birds chirp and the wind whoosh.

I love writing and being creative! So, it makes sense that my undergrad is in creative writing :)

I love learning, but I also really love teaching! I love taking the time to break things down and then put them back together. Although I'm creative my brain gushes over all the sciency stuff in the world.

The list could go on and on, but let's end with this: I love to SMILE!
